Children’s Medical Services (CMS): provides a comprehensive system of health care for children through preventive screening, diagnostic, treatment, rehabilitation, and follow-up services.
Child Health & Disability Prevention (PHDP): promotion and disease prevention program.
Foster Care: meet the medical, dental, mental, and developmental health needs of children and youth in court-ordered, out-of-home placement or foster care.
Health Education: tobacco education, nutrition education, physical fitness education, tobacco ordinance information, and general health education.
Communicable Diseases: provide guidance and instruction responding to a local communicable disease incident as well as ongoing surveillance.
Vital Records: services processes the county’s birth and death certificates, and burial permits.

Children enrolled in fee-for-service Medi-Cal may receive CHDP services provided by CHDP enrolled Medi-Cal providers.
