Gloria's House is a Runaway & Homeless Emergency Youth Shelter. Providing emergency shelters and vital services, a place to have a warm meal, hot shower and a place to belong and feel safe.

Payment Description: Services are free for youth staying at the shelter; there is no cost for accessing any of the services provided.
Counseling services are provided, free-of-charge, during a youths stay at the shelter and for up to 30 days following a youth’s transition back home based on availability. Thereafter, counseling is available on a sliding fee scale (per availability).
Intake and Eligibility: Shelter runaway and homeless female juveniles - ages 14-17 years old.
Youth from outside of Tulare County are screened on a case-by-case basis and upon bed availability.
Youth and families in need can receive counseling on a sliding-fee scale (based on income). Services such as educational support/tutoring, hygiene products and clothing are also available for youth not staying at shelter.
