Provides an outpatient program for adults with co-occurring serious mental illnesses and substance use disorders. Staff utilizes the evidence based practice of Motivational Interviewing in providing individual and group counseling to help clients develop skills to adjust to community living and/or maintain housing. Focuses on increasing clients daily structure, improving symptom management skills, personal and social functioning, and substance use recovery skills.
