    Provides skilled nursing care, physical, speech and occupational therapy, patient and family education, medical social worker assistance, specialized services for seniors, the chronically ill and the terminally ill, and counseling on long-term care issues. The services aim to prevent hospitalization and help in recovery after hospitalization.

    Specially trained volunteers provide assistance with errands, respite, companionship. Coordinates with local pastoral care individual/volunteer chaplain for spiritual support. Adult, teen and children support groups are open to the community.

    Offers support group for caregivers and families. Some financial assistance available for respite care.

    Provides a full day and half-day care for clients with Alzheimer's disease, structured setting for clients to enjoy group activities that emphasize their abilities and preferences. Supports each participant to maintain highest degree of independence and well-being, while offering caregivers respite and opportunity to pursue other activities.
