During Coronavirus response period, currently closed. (Updated 3/31/2020) Provides free pre-assembled containers of food to individuals and families in need of an emergency food supply. Food is distributed twice a month and residents can only receive assistance once a month per household.
Provides free food access sites to all in need throughout Sonoma County.NOTE: During the Coronavirus responses, this agency is still offering services as usual but of course have made some modifications. They do not offer any type of meal delivery at this time, however they are hoping to get an approval to begin doing so.

During Coronavirus response period, currently offering drive-thru pre bagged food pick up on Thursday's from 4pm-5pm. (Updated 4/1/2020) Offers a weekly food pantry to people in need. Also accepts donations of food items.
