• Description: All Family and Community Support Services are continuing to provide support to community members in need via phone calls, FaceTime, email, etc. One-on-one assistance is limited at this point, but depending on a family's circumstances may be requested. If a family member and/or someone from their household is exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms, in person visits will not be allowed. Current clients should continue to communicate and work with their assigned case workers/advocates.
  
  A financial resource specialist works directly with clients by assessing their current situation, setting goals, and then educating families using the Your Money, Your Goals toolkit

  • Setting Financial Goals
  • Creating a savings plan
  • Managing Income, expenses, and debt
  • Improving cash flow
  • Understanding credit reports and scores
  • Finding financial products/services
