• Eligibility: Available free to almost all taxpayers in San Luis Obispo and North Santa Barbara Counties, with special attention to seniors and low to moderate income taxpayers. There are no age or income restrictions. You do not need to be a member of AARP. However, taxpayers with income from rental property, large self-employed businesses, most partnerships, and farming; or with unusually complex tax situations should see a paid preparer.
