• Eligibility: Adults (18+) dealing with mental health and/or substance use disorders. Eligibility for IOP is determined by an initial clinical assessment, which is completed in the admissions process and meets criteria for a mental health or substance use disorder. For those posing an imminent risk of danger to self or someone else, or experiencing psychotic symptoms, IOP would not be an appropriate level of care. For those experiencing moderate to severe symptoms related to substance use and mental health challenges, IOP could be the right level of care.
