Service is provided by trained doctor of pharmacy students from the University of the Pacific School of Pharmacy.Services include: Provide assistance to help beneficiaries minimize out-of-pocket prescription drug costs. Complete a comprehensive medication review to ensure that medications are safe and effective to take together. If needed (and with permission from the patient), contact the beneficiary's physician and/or pharmacist to share findings and make specific recommendations.
