  • Eligibility: Youths between 7 to 18 years of age whoare:. Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing. Hearing with Deaf or hard-of-hearing parent/s. Hearing with Deaf or hard-of-hearing sibling/s. Be fluent or familiar with sign language. Have the ability/maturity level to function independently and follow instruction in a rustic camp setting with a ratio of two counselors per 8-10 campers
