-experiencing homelessness
-60 years of age or older and his/her spouse
-with disabilities and his/her spouse (Must be receiving Social Security Disability Benefits, Railroad Retirement Benefit Annuities, or Cash Assistance Program for Immigrants) - Requirements: EBT card
