• Description: Provides homeless transitional-age youth with a permanent housing environment. Participants set goals for themselves and attend weekly meetings. Participants share a room with one other person. Purchases and makes their own meals. Manages their own medication. Services include:

  • Trauma and addiction recovery

• Eligibility: Must be: - Between 18-24 years of age - Willing to participate in a clean and sober living environment - Medication compliant with doctor-prescribed medications - Have no history of violence in the last 6 months - Willing to start working on personal goals (school, work, volunteer, etc.) - Able to live fairly independently (managing schedule, taking own medication, buying own food, etc.)
