- Description: Provides early intervention services for children ages birth to three. Families and caregivers with concern about the development of a child may have an assessment conducted at no cost. Concerns may include delays in communication, motor, problem-solving, social, or cognitive skills. Developmental assessment helps determine child's needs. Services are tailored to each child based on level of delay experienced. Services include:
