- Description: Provides curb-to-curb transportation to Covina seniors (60 years of age or older). And residents who are Access Service members or with approved ADA application. Reservations can be made one day and up to one week in advance. Services are provided within city limits and 3 miles outside city limits for medical and government offices. Riders are allowed a caregiver and/or service animal to accompany them.
