  Offers a variety of exercise and dance programs in Jackson. Classes center around strength, flexibility, and balance. Provides weekly activity groups that gather at the center. Provides senior lunch program in Jackson, Ione, and Plymouth. Seniors and residents can enjoy a low-cost hot nutrituous meal everyday of the week.
