Vehicle must be a passenger vehicle, such as a van, pick-up truck, or sport utility vehicle. RVs, motor homes, boats, and oversized vehicles are not accepted.

• Eligibility: Santa Clara City residents must meet the following requirements: Vehicle to be removed must be within the city limits; Must provide proper identification; Must provide a title of ownership or a court order indicating sole ownership of the vehicle to be removed; Must agree to sign documents releasing any interest in the vehicle; Must release the vehicle with the understanding that the vehicle will be immediately dismantled; The vehicle must be a passenger vehicle, such as a van, pick-up truck, or sport utility vehicle. RVs, motor homes, boats, and oversized vehicles will not be accepted; Residents are limited to one (1) vehicle per address or resident within a 12-month period; The registered owner is still responsible for any previous parking violations, penalties and/or fees related to that vehicle.
