    Clinical Services for Brain-Based Disorders
    Provides specialized healthcare for brain-based disorders and traumatic brain injury. Early diagnosis helps keep patients in the community and avoid or postpone institutionalization. Areas of expertise include memory issues in older adults and Alzheimer's disease. Services are available in person and remote via tele-health. Includes:
    • Assessment and diagnosis
    • Medication services
    • Caregiver support

    Community Education Series
    The clinic hosts educational seminars related to memory loss and caregiver issues. Topics explore possible causes of memory issues and practical ways to address them.
