- Description: Provides low-income youth paid on-the-job training opportunities within various city departments. Participants work under the direct supervision of city staff person who will serve as both, supervisor and job site mentor. Program participants will attend paid life and job skill workshops intended to develop good working habits, learn to manage their earnings, and become responsible young adults.
