- Description: Provides school-based mental health services on various campuses within San Joaquin county.Program's goal is to support the student in reducing the number of behavioral interruptions experienced on a day-day basis, increase academic performance and understand emotions while learning positive coping skills through services such as groups, rehabilitative services, and case management.Student support can also be extended into the individual's home given the family's needs, through parent coaching and home-based case management.
