• Description: PACE is an all-inclusive Managed Care Health Plan exclusively for seniors who wish to continue living at home despite chronic health needs. Clients with Medi-Cal may be eligible for free services. Once in the managed health program, clients are eligible to receive primary and specialty care, emergency and urgent care, and prescription medications. This care includes home delivery, dentistry, podiatry, optometry, outpatient labs and x-rays, long-term care services, physical, occupational and speech therapy, personal care, light housekeeping, recreational therapy programs and free transportation.
