NAMI Family-to-Family: a class for families, significant others, and friends of people with mental health conditions. Helps to improve coping and problem-solving abilities, stress management, etc. NAMI Homefront: a class for families, caregivers, and friends of military service members and veterans with mental health conditions. Designed to address the unique needs and challenges of service members. NAMI Peer-to-Peer: a class for adults with mental health conditions. Aims to help people better understand themselves and their recovery.
