• Eligibility: Must fit one of the following criteria:- A 33% delay in one area of development for children under 24 months- Two 33% or one 50% delay in one area of development for children 24 months and older- Children with a solely low incidence disability (deaf, blind, deaf/blind, or orthopedic impairment)- Children with a medical condition that may cause developmental delays
