- Description: Transitional housing program for women and children. Provides homeless families a safe environment to live in while they seek permanent housing and employment. Services include individual and group counseling by dedicated case managers, life skills and parenting classes, and referrals for permanent housing.The program can accommodate families for up to 18 months. One, two, and three-bedroom apartments are available based on the size of the family.
