- Description: Performs Confidential Mediation and Child Custody Recommending Counseling (CCRC) for parties who have an established Family Law case in Sacramento County. Also provides assessments for under-age marriage and domestic partnership permissions, and emancipation evaluations.Parenting Plan services available: Do It Yourself Parenting Plan by Agreement: formalize parenting plan without assistance or court hearing. Confidential Mediation Without a Court Hearing: meet with a Mediator who will assist with establishing a parenting plan. Child Custody Recommending Counseling (CCRC): meet with a Mediator who will assist with establishing a parenting plan and have a court hearing. Private Mediation: Private Child Custody Recommending Counseling conducted by Recommending Counselors who are not connected to the court. There is a fee for Private CCRC, which is paid directly to the Recommending Counselor.Additional services available: Children's Waiting Room Underage Marriage or Domestic Partnership Permission Unmarried Parents (Uniform Parentage Act Case)Click here to find scheduled mediation appointments by date.

- Eligibility: Parties who have an established Family Law case in Sacramento County.For Children's Waiting Room:- Children from ages 1 year to 12 years. - Children 3 years or older must be toilet trained.- Space is limited for children under 2-1/2 years and not toilet trained. It is recommended that other childcare arrangements be made.
