- Description: Provides a visitation program for pregnant and parenting women with histories of substance use disorder and/or HIV infection. The program helps ensure that newborns are born healthy, in a stable home environment, and drug-free. Services are provided in-home and out in the community. Also provides nurse visits to Medically High-Risk Newborns (MHRN).
