• Description: Offers services and support for veterans, military-connected individuals, and their families. Services are include: Peer support Community outreach Housing navigation and assistance Employment support Behavioral health screening and assessment Referral and linkages to community and behavioral health resources Clinical case management Individual, family, and group counseling for adults, children, and adolescents (In-person or Telehealth) Partner and family violence prevention and intervention Workshops and educational support groups for families Legal support and advocacy servicesDads Together: Veteran fathers group using the EBP Supporting Father Involvement (SFI) educational program offered twice a year (Spring and Fall). Group sessions are 2 hours/week for 16 weeks. The group includes sharing information, skill-building activities, case management, and the opportunity for reflections and discussion.Valor Moms: Group for veteran and military-connected moms interested in fostering stronger relationships with their families, while also creating a valuable support system offered twice a year (Spring and Fall). Group sessions are 1.5 hours/week for 12 weeks.
