• Description: Offers services and support for veterans, military-connected individuals, and their families. Services are include: Peer support Community outreach Housing navigation and assistance Employment support Behavioral health screening and assessment Referral and linkages to community and behavioral health resources Clinical case management Individual, family, and group counseling Domestic violence support Workshops and educational support groups for families Legal support and advocacy servicesAlso offers a veteran father group that uses the Supporting Father Involvement (SFI) educational program twice a year (Spring and Fall), and is offered weekly in 2-hour sessions for 16 weeks. The group includes sharing information, skill-building activities, case management, and the opportunity for reflections and discussion. Telehealth is also an option for services.
