- Description: John Wesley Community Health Institute provides homeless health care services ranging from medical examination to laboratory services for the communities of LA County. Homeless health care options include the Enhanced Services Program (ESP) at the Weingart Center for the Homeless, JWCH Clinic at PATH located at 954 N. Vermont, JWCH Medical Clinic – Bell Shelter and through the Skid Row Outreach Team. The Skid Row Medical Outreach Team community health workers conduct health assessment and referrals at sites throughout the area including Hippie Kitchen (Tuesday & Thursday 8:30 AM – 11:30 PM), the Midnight Mission Shelter (Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:00 AM – noon) and at the Bell Shelter (Wednesday 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM and Friday 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM).
