- Description: Provides a small staff unit focused on fostering housing stability. Serves individuals and families experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness. Offers a variety of housing programs which change as funding comes available. Programs may offer:Outreach Case management Housing navigation Shelter Rent payment assistance Rent deposit assistance Rapid re-housing assistance Permanent housing support. Provides an entry point for the Coordinated Entry System (CES).Free mobile shower and laundry services at Lower Greenhorn Park. Offered on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month through June 2024. Extra dates may be available, contact for details. Services begin at 9amLaundry services close at 3pmShower services close at 3:30pmTransportation available, pick up on 2060 Campus Drive by the bus stop at intervals.
