Provides groups and activities supporting mental health and substance use recovery. Any individual or family member are welcome. All services are free to Shasta County residents age 18 and older.Services include: WRAP - Wellness Recovery Action Plan Life skill building classes Peer support Mental Health support groups Substance Use Recovery support groups Hearing Voices Network groups Referrals to local resources Peer Training/Internships Facilitator TrainingGroup activities include: Arts & crafts Community building Yoga Walking Body Movement Dancing Cooking and nutritionMonthly calendar is available on Sunrise Mountain Wellness Center Facebook.
