Covers essential health benefits including: Outpatient, emergency, and hospitalization services Maternity, newborn care, and pediatric care Mental health and substance use disorder services Prescription drugs and laboratory services Physical, occupational, and rehabilitative therapy Preventive care and chronic disease management Pediatric dental and limited adult dental services Transportation to and from local and long-distance appointments.
