- Description: Provides a riding program for youth who have experienced abuse or neglect. Abuse may include mental, physical, or sexual abuse, or living with substance addiction. Exodus' "healing herd" consists of horses, a donkey, mini horses, dogs, and cats. The program's purpose is to teach youth horsemanship in a safe homelike environment. It aims to help youth experience the following: A place of wholeness Healthy relationships Freedom Community Purpose Offers hour-long sessions four days a week for up to nine children and wranglers in each group.
