  If you are using a phone or table to access the registration form, you should get a Pop Up Box that says See Full View. Click on that and you will be able to see the whole page. Scroll to the top and you will see a box that says Give & Receive Click on Family Toy Request Form and it will take you to the registration form. You have to read the Terms & Agreement and keep scrolling down until you see the area that you need to fill in.
  
  NON-PROFIT GROUPS: It is important you submit a list of children (names, ages & gender). This helps in making sure families are not Double Dipping.
  PARENTS: Do NOT list any children other than your own unless youhave verification that you have custody of them.
  TO GRANDPARENTS: The parents should be registering their own children. DO NOT register your grandchildren unless you have verification that you have custody of them.

• Requirements: Must bring proof of children's ages, residency and verification of income at time of distribution. NOTE: If you are already signed up with the Salvation Army or any other charitable organization/church who have received their toys from Toys for Tots, you will not receive a toy from us.
