Counseling is tailored to your needs, supported by years of education and experience. Telehealth appointments are guaranteed the same confidentiality and process as face-to-face appointments. Appointments are judgment-free conversations examining how life has unfolded for you and how you would like for it to be different. We talk about how you would like to proceed and every step is explained along the way (more details are available under the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy below). After an initial appointment to take care of our agreement to work together, several sessions are established to work toward your own goal(s). I am available for individual, couples and group counseling, life coaching, cultural competency consultations, and educational forums on the issues of human relations, healthy relationships, communication, and more.
