- Description: A private developer, Strombeck Properties, in partnership withRedwood Community Action Agency and St. Joseph's Hospital developed a 10 unit family housing project in Eureka with additional funding from Partnership HealthPlan of California. The project is to provide affordable housing units as determined by HUDs fair market rent limits published annually. Arcata House Partnership (AHP) will manage the waiting list and provide tenant trainings and unit inspections as necessary. RCAA will provide on-site support services. Income requirements for the units are that a family's income must be at or below the Federal Poverty Rate (FPR) and must be able to pay the rent. The units do not come with a subsidy. A family may be able to self-pay. If not, every effort will be made to work with agencies who have permanent supportive housing and rapid rehousing vouchers.
