Successful recovery and transition back into productive home, work and family environments depends greatly on the quality of care patients receive following inpatient treatment. Our comprehensive services include a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and a Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Program (CD-IOP). Clients may be referred to an outpatient program from their community provider, managed care/insurance company, or they may attend this level of care and support as the next step in their clinical improvement and recovery after an inpatient stay. Can provide suicide prevention resources Our clients continue to live at home and come to one of our Outpatient Centers during the day. We provide transportation assistance when needed. We provide a continental breakfast, nutritious lunch and snacks every day. We offer Aftercare groups to continuously support the client's mental health once discharged from our programs. Most insurance, HMOs, Medicare and TriCare are accepted.
