- Description: Acres of Hope is a residential program for homeless women with children up to age 10 (6th grade at entry). Located in the beautiful Sierra Foothills, Acres of Hope allows families to live onsite for up to two years as they work through various phases of the program.The purpose of this unique faith-based program is to provide the support and resources needed to end the cycles of homelessness.
