- Description: Provides crisis intervention for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, stalking, and dating violence. Offers education and assistance in identifying barriers that keep a client from living a violence free life in a trauma informed environment. Provides educational support groups for adults. Provides a 24-hour Crisis Line, bi-lingual services, a 90-day residential shelter, advocacy and accompaniment with legal, medical, and social services. Collaborates with other social service agencies in providing resource and referrals for support to clients. Offers community outreach and prevention education in Western Nevada County.This is one of many possible First 5 Nevada County Ready to Grow (R2G) program resources.
