    a Permanent Supportive Housing program which houses 26 families. The program is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the County of Fresno. The program is designed to permanently house homeless families with at least one applicant experiencing a disability and homelessness (per HUD's definition of disability and homelessness). Referrals to the program will be screened by program personnel for eligibility prior to acceptance. Fresno County Department of Behavioral Health has primary referring privileges. County-places residents may be required to participate in a County program.

    Falcon Court provides permanent supportive housing to 34 disabled chronically homeless individuals, and 6 chronically homeless families. The program offers case management, life skills training, education and employment assistance, linkages to community resources, and financial counseling. Referrals are accepted through the Multi-Agency Access Program (MAP)

    The Stasis Center is considered a Permanent Supportive Housing Program and is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The apartments provide housing for individuals who were formerly homeless. The program is designed to encourage the mentally ill individual to develop independent living skills, maintain stable functioning, and to work toward economic self-sufficiency. The 16-unit apartment complex, with 24-hour staffing, assists individuals to learn daily living skills, money management skills, socialization skills, and how to access outside resources to help with return to work or school. Facilities include on-site staff offices and group training areas. Referrals come from Fresno County Mental Health Services Department and contracted programs.     Serenity Village - 48978 River Park Rd. Oakhurst, CA 93644

    Serenity Village is a permanent supportive housing program for homeless individuals. Seven apartment units in Oakhurst are utilized to house single chronically homeless adults that participate in services that foster success and transition to unsubsidized housing. Services include: sponsored rent, transportation assistance, case management, life skills workshops, independent housing, and linkages to other services.
