- Description: Due to the current pandemic all classes are held virtually.Provides free program in which tutors and learners work one-on-one or in small groups to improve learners literacy (ability to read and write). LEAP's purpose is to help adults develop the skills and confidence they need to achieve their individual goals. The program is sponsored by the Richmond Public Library.
