Waiting list for project based voucher will open June 12, 2023 at 10am and will close June 29, 2023 at 4pm. Some properties are for senior ONLY and some are for families. Applications must be submitted online however, elderly or disabled clients can request reasonable accommodation by telephone, email or in person. Reasonable accommodation requests can be made to the backdoor number.

• Eligibility: Income must be at or below 80% of Area Median Income for public housing and at or below 50% of AMI for Housing Choice Voucher Program. To apply for Project Based Voucher - The Terraces Senior Apartments, applying client must be 62 years of age or older. Large households for three and four bedroom units are highly encouraged to apply. All non-elderly applications, will be rejected.
