  • Eligibility: -Individuals with disabilities -Current PG&E clients with proof of an active PG&E account -If applicant's utilities are included in rent, they must provide a copy of the current rental agreement and a signed letter from their landlord. -Applicants must become clients of the Disability Action Center. -Must have a current legal form of photo ID, such as a driver's license, passport, or State ID. -Service need must be connected to a disaster, such as a Public Safety Power Shut-off, COVID-19, wildfire, or flood.
