• Description: Offering two free life enrichment classes with 8 weekly sessions: Surviving and Thriving and Surviving and Thriving 2.0. Surviving and Thriving is designed for individuals who have or want to assist people who have suffered unwelcome change, loss or turmoil and are seeking to enhance their outlook on life. Discussions and presentations will be offered on surviving life’s challenges and developing a positive and thriving outcome. Interaction is encouraged, but not required. Surviving and Thriving 2.0 is an extension of the original Surviving and Thriving Class, but is focused more on the thriving aspects of life. Topics include, but are not limited to relationships, gratitude, resilience, motivation, fear, etc. are open for discussion.
