Transitional housing is offered for up to 180 days, although extensions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Utility services offered through the program include electricity, water/sewage, garbage, and Internet.

- Eligibility: Families or couples impacted by the Camp Fire are eligible to submit an inquiry form. Applicants must meet certain income requirements, agree to abide by housing program rules, and be able to supply required documentation including a FEMA number, proof of income, photo ID, and medical cards for any children in the household. The housing site is strictly a drug and alcohol free facility. Families eligible can be comprised of a minimum of 2 persons and a maximum of 6 persons. Service animals with documentation of certification are permitted in the program.
