Services provided to victims of crimes committed by convicted juveniles include: Notification of release, transfer and/or escape of juvenile offender, notification of parole hearings, accompaniment to hearings, restitution, collection and disbursement of victim payments, assistance in preparing victim impact statements, referrals for civil recovery, counseling, financial assistance and restraining orders.

  • Eligibility: Victims of crimes committed by juveniles who have been sentenced to the California Youth Authority may complete a Request for Offender Information form and mail it to the address indicated on the form.
