Assistance with purchasing wood, kerosene, pellets and propane is also available. Assistance availability is based on program funding levels. **Financial assistance is NOT guaranteed**

- Eligibility: Can assist with PG&E bills under $2,000 Applicants may only utilize HEAP funding once a year. Funding varies depending on income and other qualifying factors. Must be a low income qualifying household. Current proof of income and a bill from the utility company is required. If sub-metered, a rent receipt is required in place of utility bill. All required documents must be current within the last 30 days of the appointment date. Please provide copies of all documents HEAP will NOT make copies.
