- Description: Offering financial and emotional aid for families with children who have been diagnosed with life-threatening illnesses. Aid can include an emergency pack with pre-paid gas cards, help meeting the family's greatest need (payment of outstanding phone bill, purchase of needed furniture or appliance, car repairs,etc.), Hospital Care Kit for extended hospital stays, and Holiday support such as Christmas gifts and Easter baskets. Please Note: Financial Assistance is distributed annually per applicant on a one-time basis. Assistance is distributed to new applicants based on when their application was received. Financial Assistance is between $250 - $1,000 per applicant request annually.
