Seeks to reduce housing costs, promote independence and provide companionship and security. Agreements may be base on monetary payment, reduced rent exchange or both. Also provides housing sharing benefits and services, including:

- Facilitation of Living Together Agreement

General services are available during Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS) and disasters.

- Eligibility: Must currently live, work, or attend school in San Mateo County or have a Housing Voucher to live in the county. Home Seekers who live in Santa Clara County from Palo Alto through the City of Santa Clara may also qualify for the program. Home providers must live in San Mateo County. All applicants must be clean and sober for at least 90 days and cannot be on active parole.
