- Eligibility: Must be: . Either be age 65 and older, or if you are between the age of 18 and 65 you must have a certified disability. . Provide proof of residency. . Meet the low-income criteria as defined by HUD. . Maintain membership at the Mastick Senior Center. This membership is free and must be renewed every year in July. . Be an active rider, or plan to be an active rider on AC Transit buses. Applicants will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis, as funding allows.
