  This is not an emergency shelter, but rather a comprehensive long term program. Offer a short term program (45-60 days) and a long term program (12-18 months).

  Offers ongoing services during Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS) and Disasters. Services are available if power is turned off in this facility.
