  • Description: Assists families, single individuals, veterans, formerly incarcerated people recover from homelessness. Also assists transgender individuals, and individuals living with mental illness or HIV/AIDS. Continuum of care services include:
    • Case management
    • Life skills training
    • Access to medical and dental care
    • Mental health and substance abuse counseling
    • Income and housing referrals
    • Career counseling
    • other special programs when available (GA, CHASS, BHC and VA).
    Single residents share dorm rooms during stay. Families live in a separate residential wing that holds five rooms.
